Photographer Christophe Marcade knows what it's like to travel across the world for the sake of a spouse's career. A passionate storyteller, Christophe turned his camera to spouses of Caltech postdocs, capturing beautiful portraits of international women while collecting stories of the lives they lead in the U.S. and of the lives they left behind in their home countries.
