The art of the chill: Sensory strategies for emotional well-being
As part of our mental health programming series, the Caltech Postdoc Association is hosting occupational therapist Connie Suh for a special evening event.
Join us for an interactive experience that will focus on learning healthy methods for reducing stress, tension and anxiety. This evening session will include a brief neurological review of sensory systems, an exploration of relaxing stimuli unique to each individual, and application of calming strategies to optimize your daily flow.

Connie graduated with a Masters in Arts and Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016. She currently works in adult and pediatric inpatient mental health and utilizes a trauma informed approach to provide therapeutic interventions for patients.
