Getting Better Sleep Workshop
Feeling tired? Having difficulties falling or staying asleep? Come join us for this information and practical workshop on getting the most out of your sleep. We'll cover how to set a realistic and useful sleep schedule, as well as strategies for dealing with insomnia.
Open to all graduate and undergraduate students. We'll serve free lunch on a first-come basis.
