Empowerment Self-Defense

Local rape crisis and advocacy center Peace Over Violence offers a two hour session called Empowerment Self-Defense. This class teaches a combination of awareness, assertiveness, and verbal confrontation skills, combined with safety strategies and physical techniques. Come join us!
